Aunty Joey

We have been part of the Dorayme music family for twelve to thirteen years. Dorayme’s record books (Parent-Teacher Assignment Booklet) document my elder daughter’s eight-year musical journey, which has finally borne fruit with her passing the Performance Diploma. These record books capture everything from her early hard work to the small moments of surprise along the way. Interest-driven learning led to high efficiency at the beginning, but as the level of difficulty increased, challenges followed. There were times when we complained about our child’s lack of effort, lost patience, and even wanted to give up. Christy reminded us that as long as parents do not give up, the child will not stop. Our younger daughter is now still studying piano at Dorayme, and we hope she will achieve her own goals as well.
